General conditions of Sale

Arrival time :
Check-in time is from 3pm until 7pm. If you wish to arrive earlier or later, please request this at the time of booking. In case of late arrival, we have an arrival protocol.

Departure time :
From 7:00 am and we thank you to vacate the room by 11:00 am at the latest.

Reminder :
Our hotel is adapted to welcome people with reduced mobility.
Pets are not allowed.

For the confirmation of your reservation, we ask for your credit card number. No amount will be deducted in advance, the payment will be made on the spot.
Please inform us of any late arrival.
The reservation is subject to change, additional charges may apply.
The client may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. The client will have to pay 50% of the reservation if he cancels within 5 days before arrival.  In case of no-show we will charge 100% of the reservation amount.
